Shipping Rates and Method

Due to the continuing health concerns, we wanted to update you on the status of orders.  We are still accepting, processing, and shipping orders.  Even though we are fulfilling orders, please expect delays as our warehouse is working at a limited capacity.  Our office including customer service is working remotely from so please be patient with us during this time.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service at contact info@colleenrothschild.com and they will get back with you as soon as possible.

Orders placed by 10am CST, Monday thru Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas USA.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

FREE shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico orders of $99.00 or more (after discount). 

All other orders have a flat rate fee of $14.95.  These orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within in 3-5 business days.

Due to state regulations we cannot ship CBD Face Oil to Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota at this time. 

International Orders

No international shipping is available for CBD Face Oil at this time.

 

Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable.
