RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us so if you are not pleased with your Colleen Rothschild Beauty purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund or exchange on the cost of your purchase.
Conditions
To qualify for a full refund the return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the order. The product must be shipped back in its original container along with at least half of its unused contents. If an order consists of a free gift, product, or samples, they must be included in the return to receive a full refund. Please follow the return procedure as detailed below.
If your order exceeds the 30-day money back guarantee, please contact customer service for instructions to exchange your return for a product equal or lesser value or store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
Shipping Options
There are two methods to ship back your order.
- Pre-Paid Shipping Label which is an option when you create your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below. The shipping cost will be deducted on your refunded amount which can range between $4 to $10 based on weight and where the package is coming from.
- Shipping using your own method. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original and return shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please Note:

- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment and the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
- Only products purchased online at ColleenRothschild.com may be returned for refund. If you have purchased Colleen Rothschild products through another retail location, please contact that specific retailer for their return instructions.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Please follow the steps below to ensure proper returns processing.
- Please include in your return package: items you are returning and the RMA form (please view step 4 below).
- All returns should be addressed to: COLLEEN ROTHSCHILD BEAUTY, W. ROYAL LN., STE. 160, IRVING, TX 75063
- Your return will be processed within 3-7 days upon arrival. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been process and a refund will be applied to your original payment method. Although we submit the refund to your bank, they still have to process the refund and apply it to your account which could take up to 10 business days. Processing times can vary between banks.
